창의인재원 입사학생 여러분!

우리 ERICA는 그동안 전체 구성원들이 코로나-19 극복을 위해 최선을 다하고 했음에도 불구하고, 최근 캠퍼스 내에 학생 확진자가 최초로 발생하는 등 끊임없이 위험한 경우가 발생하고 있는 엄중한 상황에 놓여 있습니다.

전국적으로 감염자수가 최근 며칠 동안 500대를 계속하다가 어제와 오늘은 6-700명대의 확진자가 발생하여 더욱 긴장시키고 있습니다. 우리 ERICA캠퍼스가 그 영향권내에 들어왔다는 것은 다시 한 번 우리가 긴장의 끈을 놓으면 안된다는 경고라고 여겨집니다.

최근의 학교내에서의 위험요소들을 분석해 보면 첫째는 음식물 섭취시에 확진가망성이 제일 높고, 더욱이 거리두기를 무시하고 대화하면서 음식물을 섭취하는 것이 최악의 요소가 되고 있습니다. 둘째는 학교내부와는 상관없이 외박 나가서 방문하는 장소에서 원인이 대부분으로 파악되고 있습니다. 유흥시설이나 음식점이 대부분을 차지하고 있습니다.

따라서 창의인재원 입사 학생 개개인의 안전뿐만 아니라 전체 학생들의 안전을 위해 불가피하게 다음의 사항을 더욱 더 철저히 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

ㅇ 식사 등 음식물 섭취시에는 대화를 절대 금지하고 충분한 거리두기를 지켜 주시기 바랍니다.

ㅇ 불필요한 외박 삼가주시기 바랍니다.

ㅇ 【추가】부득이하게 외박한 경우 복귀한 날부터 3일간은 의무적으로 호실내에 머물러 주시기 바랍니다. 또한 호실내에서도 마스크를 착용하시기 바랍니다. 본 사항을 위반한 경우 최고의 벌점을 부과할 예정이오니 자신과 동료의 안전을 위하여 반드시 지켜주시기 바랍니다.(외부 활동 삼가)

Dear students at Hanyang University ERICA Residence Hall,

Despite the efforts from all members of ERICA Campus to overcome COVID-19, the first confirmed student on campus was reported recently and we are in the middle of quite a critical situation.

The nationwide number of confirmed cases has been around 500 in recent days, but yesterday and today there have been 6-700 confirmed cases, making it even tenser. The fact that our ERICA campus is within its sphere of influence is once again a warning that we should not let go of the tension.

Analysis of recent risks in the campus shows that first, it is most likely to be confirmed while eating food, and having a conversation during mealsand ignoring the social distance makes it worse. Second, regardless of the campus, most of the causes are identified in placeswhere students stay the nights outside the dormitory and visit. Multi-facilities and restaurantsmake up the majority.

Therefore, for the safety of each students living in ERICA Residence Hall and as well as the safety of ERICA Campus students, please check and keep the following guidelines thoroughly.

ㅇ Do not talk during meals and keep the social distance.

ㅇ Avoid unnecessary nights outs

ㅇ 【Addition】 If you happened to stay outside the dormitory, please stay in the room for 3 days from the day you return under obligation. Also, please wear a mask inside the room. If you violate these guidelines, the maximum penalty points will be imposed for violations of this matter, so please keep those rules in mind and follow. (Avoid unnecessary activities)

尽管我们ERICA全体成员为克服新冠肺炎疫情尽了最大努力，但最近校园内首次出现了学生确诊病例，处于相当严重的状况。

全国感染者人数最近几天一直保持在500名左右，而昨天和今天却出现了6-700多名的确诊患者，更加令人紧张。我们的ERICA校区进入其影响圈内，这被认为是我们不能再放松警惕的警告。

分析最近学校内的危险因素，第一是吃饭时确诊可能性最高，而且忽视保持距离，一边对话一边吃饭成为最恶劣的因素。第二，与学校内部无关，在外出的场所，新冠肺炎疫情的原因大部分被掌握。 尤其是娱乐设施和饭店。

因此，为保障进入创意人才馆的学生个人和全体学生的安全，请务必更加彻底地遵守以下事项。

ㅇ饮食等吃饭时禁止对话，并保持充分的距离。

ㅇ请勿在外过夜。

ㅇ【追加】不得已外宿时，外宿后从回宿舍的那天起，请必须在户内待上3天。此外，希望您在户内也能戴口罩。违反本事项将处以最高罚分，为保障自己和同事的安全，请务必遵守。（请勿户外活动）
